摘要
近年来,电力工程在验收过程中发现的缺陷、问题数量居高不下,尤其是电力变电站基建工程,验收时间长,耗费人力物力多。生产运行部门开展精益化管理以来,对验收提出更严格的要求,验收缺陷、问题数量也更多,对缺陷、问题的返工整改了浪费参建单位的各种资源。本文在分析电力工程缺陷、问题来源的基础上,重点阐述了如何开展电力工程精益化建设。
