电动给水泵改汽动给水泵效益分析

摘要 早期的直接空冷机组锅炉给水泵多选择电机驱动,使机组厂用电率较高,且由于近年来机组日均负荷率多在70%以下,造成电动给水方式效率低,使厂用电率更高,不利于节能。改为汽动给水泵后,机组的厂用电率明显降低,且能耗水平也明显降低,能够给电厂带来可观的经济效益。本文重点分析了电泵改汽泵存在哪些效益以及效益的多少,并给出建议。 The feed water pump of the early direct air cooling unit is mostly driven by motor,so that the power consumption rate of the unit is increased.Because the daily load rate of the unit is below 70%in recent years,the effi ciency of the electric water supply mode is low,and the power consumption rate of the plant is higher,which is not conducive to energy saving.After changing to the steam feed pump,the power consumption rate of the unit is obviously reduced and the energy consumption level is obviously reduced,which can bring considerable economic benefi t to the power plant.This article focuses on the analysis of the electric pump steam pump,what is the benefi t and how much is the benefi t?And give suggestions.
