摘要 文章介绍了DGC动态驱动电路的组成和特性。针对2000-6500V、400-1200A等级的高电压IGBT工作特点,DGC动态驱动电路可根据对IGBT电流和电压的实时监测,给出驱动波形,在过载、过流、开关频率超过时切断和保护IGBT,满足不同负荷下的驱动,降低电磁干扰,提高IGBT模块和设备的可靠性;DGC动态驱动电路中的状态诊断电路保证了和电力电子设备中央控制器的通讯,使得IGBT模块和DGC动态驱动电路可方便地应用在各种场合,是大功率IGBT模块健康状态监测和管理发展的一个重要方向。 The composition and characteristics of DGC dynamic drive circuit are introduced.Aiming at the working characteristics of 2000-6500V,400-1200A high-voltage IGBTs,the DGC dynamic drive circuit can provide driving waveforms based on real-time monitoring of IGBT current and voltage,and cut off and protect the IGBT when overload,overcurrent,and switching frequency exceed To meet the driving under different loads,reduce electromagnetic interference,and improve the reliability of IGBT modules and equipment;the status diagnosis circuit in the DGC dynamic drive circuit ensures communication with the central controller of power electronic equipment,making the IGBT module and DGC dynamic drive circuit It can be easily applied to various occasions and is an important direction for the development and monitoring of the health status of high-power IGBT modules.
