变压器绝缘纸中甲醇含量的检测

摘要 文章建立了一种变压器绝缘纸中甲醇含量的顶空-气相色谱-质谱联用仪检测方法。本方法用铜乙二胺溶液将绝缘纸溶解,绝缘纸中的甲醇同时溶解到铜乙二胺溶液中,甲醇从绝缘纸中全部释放到溶液中,便于检测。本方法便于加标验证,解决了固体样品加标的问题,为研究绝缘纸老化产物甲醇在绝缘纸与变压器油中的分配关系,提供了绝缘纸中甲醇检测的方法基础。 A headspace-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)method for the determination of methanol in transformer insulation paper was developed.In this method,a copper ethylenediamine solution is used to dissolve the insulating paper.The methanol in the insulating paper is simultaneously dissolved in the copper ethylenediamine solution,and the methanol is completely released from the insulating paper into the solution,which is convenient for detection.This method is inexpensive to add and verify,and solves the problem of adding solid samples.It provides a method basis for the detection of methanol in insulating paper for the study of the distribution relationship between the aging product of insulating paper and the transformer oil.
