变电运行检修作业中防误操作及检修隔离技术管控简述 被引量:1

摘要 作为电力系统的主要环节,变电设备运行、检修极为关键。随着防误装置/系统在变电站的普及应用,针对电气一次设备在运行倒闸过程中的防误操作有较完善的安全技术保障。然而在变电站检修作业过程中,如安全措施的布防(特别是对二次设备)、安措设备的操作管控、检修设备的传动操作、安全措施的撤除、设备状态比对等环节,仍然缺乏必要的技术防范手段,存在安全隐患和技术缺陷。现有微机防误闭锁系统应扩展实现检修隔离管理、检修隔离授权以及实现检修隔离管理过程的软件系统。 As the main link of power system,the operation and maintenance of substation equipment are very important.With the popularization and application of anti misoperation device/system in substation,there is a perfect safety technical guarantee for the anti misoperation of primary electrical equipment in the process of operation and switching.However,in the process of substation maintenance,such as the deployment of safety measures(especially for secondary equipment),operation control of safety measures,transmission operation of maintenance equipment,removal of safety measures,equipment status ratio,etc.,there is still a lack of necessary technical precautions,and there are potential safety hazards and technical defects.The existing micro-computer anti mistake locking system should expand the software system to realize maintenance isolation management,maintenance isolation authorization and maintenance isolation management process.
