整流变压器温控功能设计缺陷及处理措施

摘要 在对2000kW整流装置调试过程中,发现整流变压器温控设计存在缺陷,无法实现整流变压器温度保护的功能,设计存在安全风险。文章对该问题进行了详细分析,进而提出了两种针对性的处理措施,并对措施进行分析比较,选择最佳的措施进行现场实施,最后再次对整流装置逆行现场调试,整流变压器温度保护功能得以实现,满足装置运行要求。 During the commissioning of 2000kW rectifi er device,it is found that there are defects in the temperature control design of rectifi er transformer,which can not realize the temperature protection function of rectifi er transformer,and there are safety risks in the design.In this paper,the problem is analyzed in detail,and then two kinds of targeted treatment measures are proposed,and the measures are analyzed and compared,and the best measures are selected for fi eld implementation.Finally,the reverse fi eld commissioning of the rectifi er device is carried out again,and the temperature protection function of the rectifi er transformer is realized to meet the operation requirements of the device.
