空冷凝汽器真空系统查漏新工艺的应用

摘要 降低发电成本,提高机组运行经济性能,对每个发电企业来说都是一项重要工作。而在热力系统中最大的能量损失存在于冷端系统中,其冷端系统、冷端设备性能的好坏直接影响机组的经济性能。影响机组冷端效率的指标主要有真空、端差、过冷度等[1],而真空严密性是保证真空系统性能的一个重要指标。文章针对空冷型凝汽器真空系统漏点查找提出了新的想法,并在实际应用中得到了显著效果。 To reduce the cost of power generation and improve the economic performance of unit operation is an important work for every power generation enterprise.The biggest energy loss in the thermal system lies in the cold end system.The performance of the cold end system and cold end equipment directly affects the economic performance of the unit.The main indexes affecting the cold end effi ciency of the unit are:vacuum,end difference,supercooling degree,etc.,and the vacuum tightness is an important index to ensure the performance of the vacuum system.In this paper,a new idea is put forward to fi nd out the leakage point of the vacuum system of aircooled condenser,which has achieved remarkable effect in practical application.
