关于10kV配网典型人身事故发生原因及预防措施探讨

Discussion on the Causes and Preventive Measures of Typical Personal Accidents in 10 kV Distribution Network

随着社会的不断发展,人们对能源的需求量不断增加,而电力的传输完全依赖电力设备及网架,设备运维管理是电力生产的重要环节。其中10 kV电网在电力系统中占据着关键的地位,但由于10 kV配网设备不同于变电设备的集中式管理维护,而是随用户分布在各种环境中,基础薄弱,隐患、故障频发、客户投诉压力等因素给电力工人运维管理带来较大人身风险。文章要探讨了在电网设备运维中10 kV配网典型人身事故发生的因素,并提出了一系列的解决措施。

With the continuous development of society,people’s demand for energy is also increasing,and the transmission of power completely depends on power equipment and grid,equipment operation and maintenance management is an important part of power production.Among them,10 kV power grid plays a key role in the power system,but because 10 kV distribution network equipment is different from centralized management and maintenance of substation equipment,it is distributed in various environments with users,weak foundation,hidden dangers,frequent failures,customer complaints pressure and other factors bring more personal risks to the operation and maintenance management of power workers.This paper discusses the factors of typical personal accidents of 10 kV distribution network in the operation and maintenance of power grid equipment,and puts forward a series of solutions.
