摘要
基于某新建1000 MW超超临界直流炉化学清洗的工程需求,从常用有机清洗剂中初步筛选出了柠檬酸为清洗介质。经实验室小型试验,验证了柠檬酸的清洗效果。简述了工程的实施过程并重点介绍了关键技术措施。清洗结果表明:化学清洗效果优良,各项指标均优于清洗导则的要求,其中,腐蚀速率为0.102 g/m^2?h,残余垢量为9.43g/m^2。清洗废液经处理后,COD、pH和悬浮物指标均到达了国家排放标准。
Based on the engineering demand of a 1000 MW ultra supercritical unit operation boiler,citric acid was preliminary picked out as cleaning medium from several organic acid cleaning agents.The cleaning effect of citric acid was verified,and the concentration of hydrogen peroxide in passivation process was determined,after the pilot test in the laboratory.The engineering implementation process was introduced.The engineering result shows:the cleaning effect is excellent,corrosion rate was 0.102g/m2?h,the residual scale was 9.43g/m2,each cleaning index is better than what is required in the Guideline for chemical cleaning of fossil plant;COD,pH,and suspended matter of wastewater were eligible refer to Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard after treatment.
