摘要 以提升客户满意度为目标的零计划停电管理创新与实践,密切联系企业实际,围绕实现用户零停电感知这一核心目标,从配网技术标准、建设改造方案、管理提升策略三个方面入手,深入开展相关研究,制定完善标准策略,着力打造零计划停电示范区,并在福州全市推广应用。 With the goal of improving customer satisfaction,the innovation and practice of zero plan blackout management is closely linked with the actual situation of the enterprise.Focusing on the core goal of realizing users’zero blackout perception,the related research is carried out from the three aspects of distribution network technical standards,construction and transformation plans,and management improvement strategies,and the standard strategies are formulated and improved,focusing on building a zero plan blackout demonstration area,and in fufu State and city wide promotion and application.
