动态心电图在精神分裂症合并心肌缺血患者诊断中的应用价值

Application value of dynamic electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of schizophrenia complicated with myocardial ischemia

目的探究在精神分裂症合并心肌缺血患者诊断中采用动态心电图检查的临床价值。方法90例精神分裂症合并心肌缺血患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。观察组行动态心电图检查,对照组行常规心电图检查。比较两组诊断结果,并分析观察组各时间段心肌缺血发作频率。结果观察组诊断检出率95.56%、确诊率93.33%均高于对照组的82.22%、66.67%,误诊率2.22%、漏诊率4.44%均低于对照组的15.56%、17.78%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组出现ST段压低的总阵次为173阵次,其中有症状性心肌缺血和无症状性心肌缺血分别为25阵次、148阵次,且高发时段均为6:00~11:59。结论在精神分裂症合并心肌缺血患者诊断中采用动态心电图检查,可以实现对患者疾病的有效诊断,同时能够明确心肌缺血症状的发作频次和时间,有利于给予患者针对性治疗,促进患者疾病恢复。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of dynamic electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of schizophrenia complicated with myocardial ischemia.Methods A total of 90 patients with schizophrenia and myocardial ischemia were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The observation group was examined by dynamic electrocardiogram,and the control group was examined by conventional electrocardiogram.The diagnostic results was compared between the two groups,and the frequency of myocardial ischemia attack in each time period in the observation group was analyzed.Results The detection rate 95.56%and diagnostic rate 93.33%in the observation group were higher than 82.22%and 66.67%in the control group,and misdiagnosis rate 2.22%and missed diagnosis rate 4.44%were lower than 15.56%and 17.78%in the control group.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total number of ST-segment depressions in the observation group was 173 times,of which symptomatic myocardial ischemia and asymptomatic myocardial ischemia were 25 and 148 times,respectively,and the high incidence periods were 6:00-11:59.Conclusion For patients with schizophrenia and myocardial ischemia,dynamic electrocardiogram can achieve an effective diagnosis of the disease.At the same time,it can clarify the frequency and time of myocardial ischemic symptoms,which is conducive to giving targeted treatment to patients and promoting their recovery.
