恒上前牙龈下牙折行牙体牙髓正畸联合修复治疗的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of combined dental pulp and orthodontic restoration on subgingival fracture of permanent anterior teeth

目的恒上前牙龈下牙折行牙体牙髓正畸联合修复治疗的效果分析。方法84例恒上前牙龈下牙折患者,按照电脑随机分组法分为对照组和实验组,各42例。对照组患者采用常规修复方式治疗,实验组患者采用牙体牙髓正畸联合修复治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果、治疗满意率。结果实验组治疗总有效率为95.24%高于对照组的80.95%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗满意率为95.24%高于对照组的78.57%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对恒上前牙龈下牙折采用牙体牙髓正畸联合修复治疗方式,能够提升患者的治疗有效率,优于常规修复方法治疗,建议临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of combined dental pulp and orthodontic restoration on subgingival fracture of permanent anterior teeth.Methods A total of 84 patients with subgingival fracture of permanent anterior teeth were divided into control group and experimental group by computer random grouping method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received conventional restoration,and the experimental group received combined dental pulp and orthodontic restoration.The therapeutic effect and treatment satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment was 95.24%in the experimental group,which was higher than 80.59%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction rate was 95.24%,which was higher than 78.57%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the subgingival fracture of permanent anterior teeth,combined dental pulp and orthodontic restoration can improve the treatment efficiency of patients,which is better than the conventional restoration.It is recommended to be promoted and applied in clinic.
