依托儿联体的托幼机构儿童家长儿童常见病防治健康教育效果评价

Effect Evaluation of Health Education to Children’s Parents on Common Diseases Prevention and Treatment among Children in Kindergartens Depending on Pediatric Medical Alliance

目的分析依托儿联体的托幼机构儿童家长儿童常见病防治健康教育效果,为同行开展儿童健康管理工作提供参考。方法自制调查问卷,内容包括基本情况、获取知识的途径、儿童常见病防治知识的掌握及对健康教育讲座的评价和需求等。采用健康教育讲座前后调查的方式,分别发放托幼机构儿童家长健康教育讲座效果评价前表和后表。结果341名调查对象的平均得分由健康教育讲座前的7.68分上升到11.25分(满分12分),其中9个方面知识的回答正确率由健康教育讲座前的19.06%~75.07%上升到80.94%~95.60%,差异具有统计学意义。电视、健康讲座和广播电台是儿童家长最希望获取知识的三个途径。结论在托幼机构儿童家长中开展面对面的健康教育讲座可以短时间内有效提升家长对儿童期常见病防治知识的知晓程度和科学育儿的健康素养。同时需重视宣传渠道的权威性,健康知识的普及需兼顾专业性、可理解性和趣味性。

OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of conducting health education lectures on common diseases prevention and treatment among children in the parents of kindergartens.METHODS Self-made questionnaires,including basic information,access to knowledge,mastery of pediatric common disease prevention knowledge and evaluation and needs of health education lectures.Before and after the health education lectures,the pre-and post-tables for evaluating the effect of health education lectures were distributed.RESULTS The average score of 341 respondents increased from 7.68 points to 11.25 points(out of 12 points),and the correct answer rate of 9 aspects of knowledge increased from 19.06%~75.07%to 80.94%~95.60%,the difference was statistically significant.Television,health education lectures and broadcast were the three ways that caretakers of children most wanted to acquire knowledge.CONCLUSION Conducting face-to-face health education lectures among caretakers of children in kindergartens could effectively raise their awareness of the common knowledge of childhood prevention and control in a short period of time.At the same time,it must pay attention to the authority of the propaganda channel.The popularization of health knowledge needed to be professional,understandable and interesting.
