多功能艾灸仪在腹腔镜胆囊切除术后腹胀患者中的应用

Application of Multi-functional Moxibustion in Abdominal Distension after Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的探讨多功能艾灸仪在腹腔镜胆囊切除术后腹胀患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2018年1—12月于医院行腹腔镜胆囊切除术后出现腹胀的94例患者的临床资料,按照干预方案差异分为观察组(49例)和对照组(45例)。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用多功能艾灸仪干预,对比两组的腹胀指标。结果观察组腹胀持续时间、肛门排气时间、排便时间和住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用多功能艾灸仪进行艾灸能够显著改善腹腔镜胆囊切除术后患者的腹胀症状。

Objective To explore the effect of multi-functional moxibustion on abdominal distension after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods The clinical data of 94 patients with abdominal distension after laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the hospital from January to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the difference of intervention plans,they were divided into observation group(49 cases)and control group(45 cases).The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received multi-functional moxibustion intervention on the basis of the control group.Abdominal distension was compared between the two groups.Results The duration of abdominal distension,anal exhaust time,defecation time and hospital stay in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion with multi-functional moxibustion can significantly improve the symptoms of abdominal distention after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
