摘要
介绍一种具有防倾覆功能的地铁桥梁检查车转向架,包括其组成、主要技术参数、各部件及特点;然后通过进行防倾覆计算,为液压系统中油压阈值的选择和锁紧机构的结构设计提供理论依据;最后通过进行厂内倾覆试验,验证该车辆的防倾覆功能满足使用要求。
This paper introduces a kind of bogie with anti-capsizing function,including its composition,main technical parameters,components and characteristics.It provides theoretical basis for the selection of hydraulic system oil pressure threshold and the structural design of locking mechanism through anti-capsizing calculation.In conclusion,it verifies the anti-capsizing function of the vehicle to meet the use requirements through in-works capsizing test.
