地铁隧道结构隆起造成无砟轨道轨道几何尺寸异常,超出轨道扣件设计调整量。通过调整线路设计坡度、设计大调高特殊扣件、调整轨道轨面标高等措施,解决地铁运营线路因隧道隆起造成无砟轨道上拱后几何尺寸超限问题,提出一套完善、切实可行的地铁隧道隆起、无砟轨道上拱整治技术和方法,以完善地铁线路轨道养护维修技术。

The structural uplift of subway tunnel results in the abnormal geometric dimension of ballastless track,which exceeds the adjustment of track fastener design.By adjusting the design gradient of the track,designing special fasteners for large-scale adjustment of height,and adjusting the height of the track surface,this paper solves the problem that the geometric dimension of the ballastless track is out of limit after it is arched due to the tunnel uplift of the metro operation line,and puts forward a set of improved and feasible technologies and methods for the renovation of the ballastless track in the tunnel uplift,and improves the maintenance technology of the track of the metro line.
