摘要
以长春地铁1号、2号线联络线暗挖隧道施工为背景,阐述环形非标准断面联络线隧道266.35 m范围内下穿游泳池施工风险及技术难点,经对“深孔注浆(WSS)+横向支撑”和“全断面注浆+拱部150°双排超前小导管+横向支撑”2种方案进行综合对比分析,最终确定联络线施工采取“全断面注浆+拱部150°双排前小导管+横向支撑”加固技术方案,该方案可有效、可靠地保障联络线隧道施工和游泳池的结构安全。
Based on the background of the underground tunnel construction of Changchun metro line 1 and line 2,this paper expounds the circular non-standard cross section connecting line tunnel 266.35m.Through the comprehensive comparative analysis of two schemes of Deep Hole Grouting(WSS)+Horizontal Support and Full Section Grouting+Arch 150°Double Row Leading Small Conduit+Horizontal Support,it is determined that the technical scheme of Full Section Grouting+Arch 150°Double Row Front Small Conduit+Horizontal Support reinforcement is used for the construction of connecting line,which is effective and feasible.The construction of the connecting line tunnel and the structure of the swimming pool are guaranteed.
