政务微信对政府公共服务方式转变的影响研究

Research on the Influence of Government WeChat on the Transformation of Government Public Service Mode

政务微信凭借其开放性、共享性、互动性等特征为我国建设服务型政府、实现政府公共服务方式转变带来了契机。对比传统政府公共服务模式与基于政务微信平台的政府公共服务模式后发现,政务微信实现了政府从管制型向服务型、从被动到主动、从单一到多元化治理的转变。

Due to the features of openness,sharing and interactivity,Government WeChat brings an opportunity for China to build a service government and realize the transformation of government public service mode.Compared with the traditional government public service mode and the government public service model based on government WeChat platform,it is found that the government based on WeChat platform has realized the transformation of the government from the control type to the service type,from the passive to the active and from the single to the diversified governance.
