摘要
针对大跨度斜拉桥顶升改造时存在的各类风险,提出了一套综合风险评估方法。首先采用鱼骨图法对潜在的风险因素进行识别;其次采用层次分析法对各类风险因素的权重进行计算;然后再利用模糊综合评价法判定总体风险的等级。对依托工程的评估结果显示,该项目的总体风险为中级,且风险最大的三个因素分别是人员技术水平风险、同步控制系统风险和千斤顶失效风险;最后针对这些潜在风险提出了有效的预防措施。
In order to study the potential risks of a long-span cable-stayed bridge lifting project,this paper proposed an appropriate risk assessment method.The main steps include identifying the risk factors via fishbone diagram,calculating the risk weighting via analytic hierarchy process,and evaluating the risk level via fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The assessment results show that the overall risk level of this project is medium,and the top three factors influencing the most are personnel technical level,synchronous control system and jack failure.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures for these three risk factors are proposed.
