摘要
以弯臂工件工艺为例,主要的定位基准选择Ф22H8 mm的孔及其端面,采用圆锥浮动销嵌入基准孔内进行定位,减小了因销孔之间的配合间隙引起的定位误差。通过相关计算选择锥度合理的圆锥销防止自锁现象发生。
Taking the bending arm workpiece process as an example, the main positioning datum is the hole and its end face of Ф22H8 mm. The conical floating pin is embedded in the datum hole for positioning, which reduces the positioning error caused by the clearance between pin holes and prevents the self-locking phenomenon by selecting the conical pin with reasonable taper through relevant calculation.
