摘要
2.5D玻璃已应用于手机屏幕镜片,由于玻璃材料硬度高、脆性大,需要采用精密磨削的方法加工。首先根据磨削力计算出吸附力,然后设计出一款真空吸附的手机镜片磨削夹具,可以保证玻璃在高速加工时的精准定位;最后通过实验研究2.5D玻璃的磨削过程,得到的玻璃镜片无外观缺陷,尺度及精度满足图形尺寸公差的要求。
2.5D glass has been used in mobile screen lenses.Due to the high hardness and brittleness of glass materials,precision grinding is needed.In this paper,a grinding tool for mobile phone lens with vacuum adsorption is designed,which can ensure the precise positioning of glass in high-speed processing.Then the grinding process of 2.5D glass is studied experimentally.The glass lenses obtained have no appearance defects and the dimension accuracy meets the requirement of graphic dimension tolerance.
