中医定向透药疗法联合穴位贴敷治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating senile COPD by TCM-targeted drug therapyplus acupoint application

目的:探讨中医定向透药疗法联合穴位贴敷对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease,COPD,简称慢阻肺)的临床疗效。方法:选取笔者所在大学的附属医院老年病科住院治疗的符合标准的老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(简称老年慢阻肺)患者60例,随机分为对照组30例,治疗组30例,对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予中医定向透药治疗和穴位贴敷,观察血清中性粒细胞-淋巴细胞比值(NLR),同时行肺功能检查[一秒用力呼气容积占预期值(FEV1%pred)、一秒用力呼气容积/用力肺活量(FEV1/FVC)]。结果:两组患者治疗后的血清NLR都降低,肺功能(FEV1%pred、FEV1/FVC)都有所改善,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医定向透疗联合穴位贴敷可辅助治疗慢阻肺,降低炎症水平,改善肺功能。

Objective:To explore the effect of TCM-targeted drug therapy plus acupoint application on senile COPD.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into the the control group and treatment group,30 patients in each.The control group received conventional western medicine.The treatment group was treated by TCM-targeted drug therapy plus acupoint application more.The serum NLR,pulmonary function were observed.Results:Serum NLR was decreased in groups after treatment,and pulmonary function was improved,and those in the treatment group were better than the control group(P﹤0.05).The total efficiency in the treatment group was higher than the control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:TCM-targeted drug therapy plus acupoint application can assist treating COPD,reduce inflammation and improve lung function.
