探讨清肺解毒汤与头孢呋辛联合用药对小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of the Qingfei Jiedu decoction plus cefuroximeon bronchial pneumonia in children

目的:研究分析清肺解毒汤与头孢呋辛联合用药对小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年5月-2019年5月期间我院收治的小儿支气管肺炎患儿426例,随机将所选患儿分为两组,对照组单用头孢呋辛进行治疗,观察组采用清肺解毒汤联合头孢呋辛方式进行治疗,两组均治疗7天,对比分析两组患儿各项临床症状消失时间、住院时间、治疗后临床疗效情况以及不良反应情况。结果:观察组患儿治疗后发热、咳嗽、肺部湿啰音消失时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;两组患儿治疗后中医证候积分均有明显降低,观察组患儿治疗后中医证候评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;观察组患儿治疗后总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;两组患儿用药后不良反应发生率比较无明显差异(P>0.05),差异无统计学意义。结论:中医药清肺解毒汤与头孢呋辛联合应用治疗小儿支气管炎的临床疗效确切,有助于促进患儿相关症状尽快好转,同时不良反应少,安全可靠,值得广泛推广应用。

Objective:To study and analyze the clinical efficacy of the Qingfei Jiedu decoction(清肺解毒汤)with cefuroxime on bronchial pneumonia in children.Methods:426 cases were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with cefuroxime alone.The observation group was applied the Qingfei Jiedu decoction more,for 7 days.Results:The time of loss of fever,cough and lungs after treatment in the observation group was shorter than the control group.TCM syndromes were significantly reduced after treatment in both groups,and those were significantly lower in the observation group(P﹤0.05).The total efficiency was significantly higher than the control group(P﹤0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of ADR between the two groups(P﹥0.05).Conclusion:The Qingfei Jiedu decoction with cefuroxime on bronchial pneumonia in children was effective,by promoting the improvement of children’s related symptoms as soon as possible,with fewer adverse reactions and safety,and is worthy of promotion.
