四君子汤联合质子泵抑制剂治疗胃食管反流的效果观察

Efficacy of the Sijunzi decoction plus proton pump inhibitoron gastro-esophageal reflux disease

目的:探究四君子汤联合质子泵抑制剂(Proton Pump Inhibitor,PPI)治疗胃食管反流病(Gastro-Esophageal Reflux Disease,GERD)的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年1-12月在我院接受治疗的120例GERD患者进行临床分析,按照入院先后顺序随机分为观察组与对照组各60例。对照组采用PPI治疗,观察组采用四君子汤联合PPI治疗。两组患者均治疗4周,分别观察两组患者24 h内反流情况(24 h内>5 min反流次数、4 h反流次数、最长返流时间)与pH<4总时间所占比例,记录两组患者治疗4周后的治疗效果,治疗前、治疗4周后临床症状(反酸、烧心、呕吐、胸骨后疼痛)积分改善情况及6个月内症状复发情况。结果:治疗4周后,两组患者临床症状积分较治疗前均降低,且观察组较对照组降低明显(P均<0.05)。观察组患者24 h内>5 min反流次数、4 h反流次数、最长返流时间、pH<4总时间所占比率均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组治疗4周后的显效率明显高于同期对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者在6个月内复发率明显低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:四君子汤联合PPI治疗GERD疗效显著,能改善临床症状,且能降低6个月内症状复发率。

Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of the Sijunzi decoction(四君子汤)plus proton pump inhibitor on gastro-esophageal reflux disease.Methods:From January to December 2018,120 cases were divided into two groups,60 cases in each.The control group was given PPI,and the observation group was given the Sijunzi decoction more,for 4 weeks.Results:After 4 weeks,the clinical symptom scores in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and that in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P﹤0.05).In the observation group,the proportions of reflux times in 24 h>5 min,reflux times in 4 h,longest reflux time,and total time of pH<4 were lower than those in the control group(P﹤0.05).The apparent efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P﹤0.05).The relapse rate in the observation group within 6 months was significantly lower than that in the control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The Sijunzi decoction plus proton pump inhibitor on gastro-esophageal reflux disease shows a good effects,can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and can reduce the 6-month relapse rate.
