摘要
甘肃省中医院名中医李妍怡教授通过长期的临床实践和研究,从中医病因病机角度阐述脑卒中后癫痫的发生与瘀血的关系,提出从"瘀"论治脑卒中后癫痫的理论。为使医务工作者更深入地了解脑卒中后癫痫,现将李妍怡教授应用活血化瘀法治疗脑卒中后癫痫的经验作简要介绍。在临床中寻找多途径,多层次,多靶点的综合研究,提升中医药治疗脑卒中后癫痫(Post Stroke Epilepsy,PSE)的优势。
Professor Li Yanyi,a famous TCM doctor of Gansu Provincial Hospital of TCM,has explained the relationship between the occurrence of epilepsy after stroke and Yuxue(瘀血)through long-term clinical practice and research.Treating Post-stroke epilepsy based in the Yu(瘀)theroy was proposed.In this article,Professor Li Yanyi’s experience for treating post-stroke epilepsy by the Huoxue Huayu therapy(活血化瘀法)is introduced,in order to give medical workers a better understanding of post-stroke epilepsy.
