苦参汤联合氟康唑胶囊治疗真菌性阴道炎的效果及对阴道分泌物炎症因子的影响

Efficacy of the Kushen decoction plus fluconazole capsule on fungal vaginitisand inflammatory factor

目的:探究苦参汤与氟康唑胶囊联合治疗真菌性阴道炎的临床效果。方法:据随机数字表法院将于我院2018年4月-2018年10月我院就诊的120例患者,分为对比组(60例)和研究组(60例)。将氟康唑施以对比组患者治疗,在对比组患者的基础上研究组患者加用苦参汤,比对两组患者白带减少时间、阴道瘙痒消失时间、阴道黏膜充血与阴道疼痛症状消失的时间,比对两组患者治疗后白细胞介素(Interleukin,IL)-4与IL-6阴道分泌物炎性因子的水平并比对两组患者的临床疗效。结果:研究组患者白带减少时间、阴道瘙痒消失时间、阴道黏膜充血消失时间以及阴道疼痛消失时间均显著低于对比组,P<0.05;研究组患者IL-4与IL-6阴道分泌物炎性因子的分泌水平均少于对比组患者,P<0.05;研究组患者的总有效率高于对比组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:苦参汤与氟康唑胶囊联合治疗真菌性阴道炎患者中的临床效果较为显著,可显著改善临床症状,并使阴道分泌物炎症细胞因子水平恢复正常水平。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of the Kushen decoction(苦参汤)with fluconazole capsule on fungal vaginitis.Methods:120 patients were divided into the comparison group(60 cases)and the research group(60 cases).Fluconazole was administered to the patients in the comparison group.The Kushen decoction with fluconazole capsule was applied in the study group.Results:The leucorrhea reduction time,the disappearance time of vaginal itching,the disappearance time of vaginal mucosa congestion,and the disappearance time of vaginal pain were significantly lower in the study group,P﹤0.05.IL-4 and IL-6 in the study group were lower than those in the comparison group,P﹤0.05.The total efficiency in the study group was higher than the comparsion group,P﹤0.05.Conclusion:The Kushen decoction and fluconazole capsule on fungal vaginitis was effective,which can significantly improve clinical symptoms such as vaginal pruritus and restore the levels of inflammatory cytokines.
