摘要
通过对用于飞机装配的工程装备(简称工装)制造方面进行分析,在工装设计与返修、工装工艺设计与采购、工装生产与外协、工装的物理信息全覆盖、系统融合这五大部分中,针对工装制造效率低下问题,提出提升效率的方法与展望。
Based on the analysis of the manufacturing of engineering equipment for aircraft assembly,the methods and prospects of improving efficiency are put forward,aiming at the low efficiency of engineering equipment manufacturing in terms of five parts of engineering equipment design and repair,engineering equipment processing design and procurement,engineering equipment production and outsourcing,full coverage of physical information of engineering equipment,and system integration.
