生产导向的船体结构设计相关思考

目前在进行船体结构设计时,要以强化船体自身强度为主,实现多种构建的有机组合,将船体形成一个整体结构。在进行船体结构优化设计时,要考虑到船厂自身的生产方式,严格的把控现场施工程序,这样在提高船体结构强度的同时,满足基础的生产需求。文章通过对以生产导向为主的船体结构设计进行优化,提出了生产导向的船体结构设计要点,给相关工作人员提供一定的参考。

At present,in the design of hull structure,it is necessary to strengthen the strength of the hull itself,realize the organic combination of various constructions,and form a whole structure of the hull.In the optimum design of the hull structure,we should take into account the shipyard's own production mode and strictly control the construction procedure on the spot,so as to improve the strength of the hull structure and meet the production demand of the foundation at the same time.By optimizing the design of the production-oriented hull structure,this paper puts forward the key points of the production-oriented hull structure design to provide some reference for the relevant staff.
