刍议环境监测工作在环境影响评价中的应用

实际上,环境影响评价以及环境监测之间的关系是相辅相成的,且环境监测始终贯穿于环境影响评价工作,一直发挥着预测、基础以及监督的关键作用,但在实际的环境影响评价工作中依然存在诸多问题有待解决。鉴于此,文章先对环境监测在环评中的作用以及环境监测的概述和我国环境监测的现状进行简单概述,再对环评中环境监测存在的问题分析进行了进一步探究。

In fact,the relationship between environmental impact assessment and environmental monitoring complement each other,and environmental monitoring always runs through the work of environmental impact assessment and plays a key role in prediction,foundation and supervision.However,there are still many problems to be solved in the actual environmental impact assessment.In view of this,this paper first gives a brief overview of the role of environmental monitoring in Environmental Impact Assessment(EIA),the overview of environmental monitoring and the current situation of environmental monitoring in China,and then further explores the problems existing in environmental monitoring in EIA.
