摘要
传统的立体仓库仅能实现货物的自动进出,控制系统的信息化智能程度和仓储数据的准确性较低,随着国内用地成本、仓储成本、人工成本的逐年攀升,智能仓储系统将大有可为。文章基于AGV与RFID技术在立体仓库上的应用,提出一整套智能化的信息输入、数据复核、出入库输送系统,实现仓储管理的自动化、信息化、智能化,对于物流仓储行业的发展具有重要意义。
The traditional stereoscopic warehouse can achieve the automatic entry and exit of goods,but still has the problem of low information intelligence degree of the control system,poor accuracy of the storage data.With the increase of the cost of land use,storage and labor in China,the warehouse management system will have great potential.In order to solve the above problems,carry out a set of intelligent information input,data review,in and out of the warehouse transportation and storage system based on the application of AGV and RFID technologies to realize the automation and intelligence of storage management,which is of great significance for the development and management of modern logistics and storage industry.
