放眼全球,建筑工程项目的数量越来越多,对于人类的重要性也在逐渐增加,对于我国而言,土建工程也是基础建设之一。因此,建筑工程施工的进度管理和控制也随之变得越来越重要,从而如何有效地进行进度管理与控制、保证施工过程的合理性和有效性,成为许多建筑企业提高建筑质量的关键。因此,在文章中,作者简要分析了进度管理与控制的必要性以及影响建筑工程进度管理的各种因素,并且提出了几条如何有效管理和控制工程进度的建议。

Looking at the world,the number of construction projects is increasing,and its importance for human beings is also gradually increasing.For our country,civil engineering is also one of the infrastructure.Therefore,the progress management and control of construction becomes increasingly important,so how to effectively manage and control the progress and ensure the rationality and effectiveness of the construction process has become the key for many construction enterprises to improve construction quality.Therefore,in this paper,the author briefly analyzes the necessity of schedule management and control,as well as the various factors that affect the construction project schedule management,and puts forward several suggestions on how to effectively manage and control the project progress.
