辽宁省高水平特色专业群国际化发展研究

Research on the Internationalization of High-Level Characteristic SpecialtyGroup in Liaoning Province

高职教育国际化是辽宁省高职院校发展的必然趋势,也是高水平特色专业群建设的重要指标。调查发现,辽宁省高职院校高水平特色专业群存在着缺乏统筹的国际办学规划、双向交流机制尚未建立、教师队伍国际化水平低等问题。为打造国际化高水平特色专业群,应从引进国(境)外优质教育资源、多途径培养国际化教师队伍、创办中外合作办学项目、校企合作国际项目等途径实现高职教育国际化创新发展。

The internationalization of higher vocational education has become a trend for the development of higher vocational colleges in Liaoning province,and a vital indicator of high-level characteristic specialty group construction.The investigation finds that several problems exist in high-level characteristic specialty group construction in Liaoning province,such as the weak international planning,lack of the mechanism of two-way international communication and low-level internationalization of teaching staff.In order to build an international high-level characteristic professional group,it needs to realize the international innovative development from introducing excellent foreign education resources,cultivating an internationalization faculty troop by multiple ways,and establishing Chinese-foreign cooperation in running school programs and college-enterprise cooperation projects.
