摘要
目的探讨不同血型对抗磷脂综合征(APS)患者血栓形成部位的影响。方法106例诊断为APS的患者,根据血型分为非O型组(66),O型组(40)。分别检测抗心磷脂抗体(aCL),抗β2糖蛋白1(anti-β2 GP1),血管性血友病因子抗原(vWF:,Ag),狼疮抗凝物。观察两组血栓事件的发生率,比较两组各项指标,分析血型对于APS患者血型的影响。结果非O型血组的静脉血栓发生率高于O型血组(77.2%vs 47.5%,P=0.04);相反O型血组相对非O型血组有更高的动脉事件发生率(70.0%vs 30.3%,P=0.01)。aCL、anti-β2 GP1在两组中的阳性率差异无显著性(P>0.05)。vWF抗原在O型组和非O型组中的分别为(69.13±10.96 vs 75.92±12.37%,P=0.020)。结论血型与原发性的APS的血栓发生部位有密切的关系。非O血型与静脉事件相关,O血型与动脉事件相关血栓形成。通过更多的前瞻性研究阐明血型与APS患者血栓发生部位的关系可以为临床血栓的预防提供参考。
Objective To investigate the effect of different blood types on the location of thrombosis in patients with antiphospholipid syndrome(APS).Methods 106 patients with APS were divided into non-O group(66)and O group(40).Anti-cardiolipin antibody(ACL),antiβ2 glycoprotein 1(anti-β2 gp1),von Willebrand factor antigen(vWF:,Ag)and lupus anticoagulant were detected respectively.To observe the incidence of thrombotic events in the two groups,compare the indicators of the two groups,and analyze the influence of blood group on the blood group of APS patients.Results The incidence of venous thrombosis in non-O blood group was higher than that in O blood group(77.2%vs 47.5%,P=0.04);on the contrary,the incidence of arterial events in O blood group was higher than that in non-O blood group(70.0%vs 30.3%,P=0.01).The positive rates of ACLandanti-β2 gp1 in the two groups were similar(P>0.05).vWF antigen was 69.13±10.96 vs.75.92±12.37%,P=0.020 in the O group and the non-O group,respectively.Conclusion There is a close relationship between blood group and the location of thrombus in APS.Non-O blood group is related to venous events,and O blood group is related to arterial events.Through more prospective studies to clarify the relationship between blood group and the location of thrombus in APS patients,we can provide more purposeful data for clinical thrombus prevention.
