摘要
滚刀是刀盘上最重要的切削工具之一,滚刀在开挖掌子面时不仅随刀盘转动,同时还作自转运动。盾构、TBM刀盘上不同位置滚刀的受力状态不同。本文结合过盈量计算的基本原理对17寸滚刀刀圈和刀毂配合面的过盈量进行分析计算,校核刀圈内孔表面和刀毂外表面的应力状态;并运用ANSYSWorkbench工具对传统的过盈量计算结果进行仿真,为刀圈、刀毂加工制造提供可靠依据,确保滚刀工作过程安全可靠。
Disc cutter is one types of the most important cutting tools on cutterhead, they run with cutterhead while itself rolling. Stress state of different position disc cutter on the shield machine and TBM is different. The interference of the 17 inch cutter ring and the cutter hub is analyzed and calculated by this paper, and stress state of the inner surface of the cutter ring and the outer surface of the hub is checked. The calculation results of interference amount are simulated. Through the calculation of the interference between the cutter ring and the hub, it provides a reliable basis for the machining and manufacturing of the cutter ring and hub, and ensures the safety and reliability of the working process of the disc cutter.
