采油厂地面工程节能降耗研究实践 被引量:2

摘要 采油厂地面工程系统是耗能大户,采油四厂积极开展地面处理技术调查,通过分析生产各工艺环节,找出影响能耗控制的原因,有针对性的制定改进措施,把握经济性、可行性,做到简便易行,小投入、大产出。2018—2019年实施地面工程节能技术改造累计8项,包括加热炉提效、集输设备更新、注水泵应用节能技术、电力系统节能改造等,共实施累计7475台,累计节气156.6×10^4 m^3,节电860.76×10^4 kWh,累计经济效益453.24万元。 the surface engineering system of oil production plant is a major energy user.The fourth oil production plant actively carries out the investigation of surface treatment technology.Through the analysis of production processes,the reasons affecting the control of energy consumption are found out.In the past few years,a total of 17 projects have been implemented,including heating furnace efficiency improvement,upgrading of gathering and transportation equipment,application of energy-saving technology of injection water pump,and energy-saving renovation of power system.A total of 13732 units have been implemented,with annual gas saving of 354×10^4 m^3 and power saving of 1075×10^4 kWh,with a total economic benefit of 9.51 million yuan.
