摘要
渤海区域的海上油田,为了监测生产过程中的出砂数量及动态状况,采用了ClampOn测砂系统来实时测算数据,为优化生产工艺及防砂作业提供依据,因单井避免修井作业可节省百万元以上。投用十多年以来,ClampOn测砂仪很好地检测了油气生产过程中的各种出砂工况,将管线和设备磨蚀损坏的风险最小化。实践表明,ClampOn测砂系统技术运行稳定可靠,故障率低,对其它油田生产及相关行业的出砂检测、增效及节能,具有一定的参考和借鉴作用。
in order to monitor the production process of offshore oil fields in the Bohai Sea,the ClampOn sand measuring system is used to measure the real-time data,which provides a basis for optimizing the production process and sand control operations.Because a single well avoids workover operation,it can save more than one million yuan.For more than a decade,the ClampOn has done a good job of detecting all types of sand production during oil and gas production,minimizing the risk of erosion damage to pipelines and equipment.The practice shows that the ClampOn sand measuring system technology is stable and reliable in operation and has a low failure rate,which can be used as a reference for other oilfield production and related industries in terms of sand production detection,efficiency enhancement and energy saving.
