Art Shaping City--Public Art and Urban Landscape Construction

全球面临着诸多亟待解决的城市问题,文化将是未来城市建设的核心价值。城市越来越强调整体设计的核心作用,我国以艺术为主导的城市设计实践也日益增多。本文提出以AUD(Art oriented Urban Design)艺术为导向的城市设计和"软城市"理念,用艺术思维和城市设计激活并优化城市公共空间品质,以"艺术塑造城市"的核心精神和文化引导,构建丰富多彩的人文活动空间体系,彰显城市品格、活跃城市人文氛围、培育创新动力,创造永续的经济社会价值和文化遗产。

There are many urban problems to be solved in the world.Culture will be the core value of urban construction in the future.Cities emphasize the core function of overall design more and more,and the art-oriented urban design practice in China is increasing day by day.The paper puts forward the concept of"soft city",which is guided by Art-oriented Urban Design,activated by artistic thinking and urban design,optimized the quality of urban public space,guided by the core spirit and culture of"building a city by art",constructed a rich and colorful space system of human activities,demonstrated city character,activated urban humanistic atmosphere,nurtured innovation drive,and created sustainable economic,social and cultural heritage.
