摘要
项目旧址位于上海浦东的老白渡煤炭码头,码头上原有坝的煤仓建筑及其运煤架构险些被拆除,设计师通过在原有煤仓建筑中的临时展览以及新的改造方案成功说服了业主,将原有建筑保留了下来。为了更好地组织空间并尽可能减小对原有煤仓结构的破坏,设计采用悬吊结构,利用拆除屋顶后留下的顶层框架柱构造一组巨型桁架,在完成流线组织的同时,也构建了原本封闭的仓储建筑所缺乏的与黄浦江景观之间的公共性连接。
The project was originally located on the Laobaidu Coal Wharf in Shanghai Pudong District.The existing coal bunker and the coal flowing structures on the wharf were almost faced with demolition.The designers man aged to persuade the client into preserving the existing structures through organizing popup exhibitions within the industrial ruins and putting forward alternative transformation proposals.
