探讨阳明病与人体能量物质获取障碍之间的关系

Discussion on the relationship between Yangming Disease and the obstacle tothe acquisition of energy substances in human body

干细胞分裂分化过程和能量代谢过程是人体内在的代谢过程,能量代谢过程为阳而干细胞分裂分化过程为阴。食物消化成为能量物质和粪便形成是人体内能量代谢过程和干细胞分裂分化过程共同起始步骤,也是阳明经的生理病理基础。阳明经受到寒邪和风邪的侵犯就会就会导致人体出现消化功能障碍,形成了以实寒、实热、食积、血瘀以及出血等以实证为主临床表现,即阳明病。《伤寒论》中阳明病篇很有条理地对上述临床证候进行归纳总结,并将阳明病分为太阳阳明、少阳阳明和正阳阳明经三类,同时罗列出相应治疗原则和相应方剂。

Metabolisms of energy agents and stem cell proliferation&differentiation(SCPD)are two intrinsic pathways in our body while metabolisms of energy agents can be defined as Yang and SCPD can be defined as Yin(阴).Food digestion,absorbing of energy agents and fecal formation are the initial steps for the both pathways,which can be regarded as physiology of Yangming(阳明)meridian.When Yangming meridian is invaded by wind pathogen or cold pathogen,the digestion of foods and absorbing of energy will be abnormal while excess-cold syndrome,Treatise on Febrile Diseases excessive heat syndrome,food disease,blood stasis or bleeding will appear,which should be diagnosed as Yangming disease.In,all Yangming diseases are classified into Taiyang-Yangming(太阳阳明)disease,Shaoyang-Yangming(少阳阳明)disease and Zhengyang-Yangming(正阳阳明)disease and many Chinese medical formulas are listed as the therapies for these diseases.
