青岛国棉二厂旧址遗留建筑的改造

Renovation of the remaining buildings at the former site of Qingdao No.2 state cotton factory

首先从建筑意义出发寻找国棉二厂旧址所遗留下来的三幢建筑的可改造方向,再结合现代社会需求对建筑遗址进行改造。在生态建设这一大背景下,在避免对既有建筑的破坏的同时赋予其新的艺术价值和经济效益,对废弃建筑进行合理改造,这样既可以有效地完善社区的服务功能,同时也增强了城市历史发展的厚重感。

This paper first looks for the reconstruction direction of the three buildings left by the former site of the second state-owned cotton factory from the architectural significance,and then carries on the transformation of the architectural ruins in combination with the needs of modern society.Under the background of ecological construction,while avoiding the destruction of existing buildings,the abandoned buildings are endowed with new artistic value and economic benefits.In this way,the reasonable transformation of abandoned buildings can not only effectively improve the service function of the community,but also enhance the sense of historical development of the city.
