摘要
西安市东等幸福新城9号商住楼主体结构采用了一个方向由跨高比较大的框架梁联系的剪力墙形成的结构体系。对其主体结构进行了多遇地震分析,表明X向的受力和变形特性与Y向不一致,且Y向的刚度相对较弱;同时还补充了罕遇地震下的静力弹塑性分析。根据以上的计算结果采取了相应的结构措施,达到了规范要求的抗震设防目标。
The main structure of the commercial and residential building 9#of Dodeng happy new town,adopts a structural system formed by a shear wall connected by frame beams with the larger span-depth ratio in one direction.The analysis of main structure under frequent earthquakes shows that the stress and deformation characteristics of X direction are not consistent with that of Y direction,and the stiffness of Y direction is relatively weak;and the static elastoplastic analysis method is used to analyze seismic performance of the structure under rare earthquakes.According to the calculation results,the relevant structural measures are taken to achieve the seismic fortification target required by the code.
