摘要
为研究大跨铁路桥梁支座位移监测数据漂移现象,以国内某大跨铁路桥梁监测系统为背景,对支座位移漂移现象进行分类及处理。结果表明:支座位移监测数据漂移可分为渐进式漂移和突变式漂移,渐进式漂移是结构正常响应,突变式漂移是异常数据,需归位修正;支座位移渐进式漂移现象多发生在列车过桥时段,由列车激振释放主梁与支座间摩阻力产生,温度上升时段,支座位移渐进式增加,反之则反之;采用支座位移突变式漂移位置前后小区间均值可以准确实现数据归位修正;由于部分列车载重较大及材料老化等原因,导致列车过桥时支座渐进式漂移量增大。
In order to study the drift phenomenon of bearing displacement monitoring data of long-span railway bridge,this paper classifies and processes the drift phenomenon of bearing displacement based on a health monitoring system.The results show that:the drift of bearing displacement monitoring data can be divided into gradual drift and abrupt drift,the gradual drift is the normal response of the structure,and the abrupt drift is the abnormal data,which needs to be returned for correction;the gradual drift of bearing displacement often occurs in the period of train passing the bridge,because the train vibration releases the friction between the main beam and the bearing,and the bearing displacement increases gradually in the period of temperature rise;the mean value of the intervals before and after the sudden drift position of the bearing displacement can accurately realize the data homing correction;because of the large load of some trains and the aging of some materials,the gradual drift of the bearing increases when the train passes the bridge.
