Replacement and maintenance technology of pot bearings of Binzhou Yellow River highway bridge

滨州黄河公路大桥是山东省境内陆路跨江通道的重要桥梁工程,重载车辆通行及大流量交通运输增加了桥梁支座结构的运营负担,降低了结构运行可靠性和安全性。运营期间引桥部分盆式支座出现支座盆腔内部异响、承压橡胶挤出、位移滑板过度磨耗破损的病害情况。通过对支座进行专项检查和病害分析,采取更换维修施工的方法消除了桥梁结构存在的安全隐患。结合维修施工过程中所采用的技术手段,通过总结和提炼的方式,形成桥梁支座维修应用技术成果,便于在同行业中进行交流推广,以共同提高我国桥梁支座维修养护的技术水平。

Binzhou Yellow River highway bridge is an important cross river channel and bridge project in Shandong Province.Heavy load vehicle traffic and large flow traffic increase the operation burden of bridge bearing structure and reduce the reliability and safety of structure operation.During the operation period,some pot bearings of the approach bridge suffered from abnormal sound in the bearing pelvis,pressure bearing rubber extrusion and excessive abrasion and damage of the displacement slide plate.Through special inspection and disease analysis of the bearings,the method of replacement and maintenance construction is adopted to eliminate the potential safety hazards of the bridge structure.Aiming at the technical means adopted in the process of analysis,research and maintenance construction,this paper forms the technical achievements of bridge bearing maintenance application by summarizing and refining,which is convenient for communication and promotion in the same industry,so as to jointly improve the technical level of bridge bearing maintenance in China.
