摘要
项目实施阶段的工程造价控制是预防建设项目投资超概算的关键阶段,通过对项目实施阶段因建设单位原因造成的超概算因素分析,提出了通过严守国家投资政策,严格合同管理,严把变更签证程序、优选施工方案、限额暂估材料的采购、创新管理模式等一系列具体措施,达到控制投资概算的目的。
The project cost control in the project implementation stage is the key stage to prevent the construction project investment from exceeding the budget estimate.Based on the analysis of the factors of exceeding the budget estimate caused by the construction unit in the project implementation stage,this paper puts forward a series of measures,such as strictly abiding by the national investment policy,strict contract management,strictly changing the visa procedures,optimizing the construction scheme,purchasing the limited estimated materials,and innovating the management mode To achieve the purpose of controlling investment budget.
