桂枝茯苓丸联合米非司酮治疗对子宫肌瘤患者性激素及疗效的影响

Effects of Guizhi Fuling Wan plus mifepristone on hysteromyoma and its sex hormone

目的:探讨桂枝茯苓丸联合米非司酮治疗对子宫肌瘤患者性激素及疗效的影响。方法:将105例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为观察组(53例)和对照组(52例),对照组患者口服米非司酮治疗,观察组患者在此基础上给予桂枝茯苓丸治疗,两组患者均连续治疗3个月。观察两组患者临床疗效,并检测治疗前后血清雌二醇(Estradiol,E2)、促卵泡生成素(Follicle Stimulating Hormone,FSH)、促黄体激素(Luteinizing Hormone,LH)和孕酮(Progesterone,P)水平,并对中医症状积分进行评价。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者血清E2、FSH、LH和P等性激素指标水平以及中医症状积分均有明显降低,并且观察组患者上述性激素水平和中医症状积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:桂枝茯苓丸联合米非司酮药物治疗对可调节子宫肌瘤患者血清性激素水平,改善临床症状,提高疾病的治疗效果,具有较好的临床应用价值。

Objective:To explore the effect of Guizhi Fuling Wan(桂枝茯苓丸)plus mifepristone on sex hormone of patients with hysteromyoma.Methods:105 cases were randomly divided into the observation group(53 cases)and the control group(52 cases).The control group was treated with mifepristone orally,the observation group was treated with Guizhi Fuling Wan more.The clinical effects in groups were observed,and the serum E2,FSH,LH and P levels were measured before and after treatment,and the TCM symptom score was evaluated.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was higher than in the control group.the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of serum E2,FSH,LH and P and the TCM symptom score in groups were significantly reduced,and the above levels of sexual hormones and TCM symptom score in the observation group were lower than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Guizhi Fuling Wan plus mifepristone can regulate the level of serum sex hormone,improve the clinical symptoms and improve the therapeutic effect,have good clinical application value.
