Experience of chief physician Li Zhengsheng in treating Rupi by the Shugan Jianpi therapy

李郑生主任医师认为乳癖的发病与情志内伤、脾胃虚弱密不可分。肝为木,脾为土,木旺乘土,或土壅木郁,可致肝气郁结,气机失于畅达,肝病及脾;脾失健运,水液失于运化,痰浊内生,日久脾病及肝。肝与脾常常相互影响,互为因果。气滞、痰浊阻于血脉,导致血行不畅,气血不活,气滞、痰浊、血瘀三者阻于乳络而致本病的发生。其病机关键是气滞痰凝血瘀,故治疗以疏肝健脾,化痰散结,活血通络为原则,方用软坚消癖汤加减变化治疗,临床疗效显著。并举案例佐证。

Li Zhengsheng,chief physician,believes that Rupi(乳癖)is inseparable from emotional internal injuries and Piwei Xuruo(脾胃虚弱).Gan(肝)and Pi(脾)often interact with each other and cause each other.Qizhi(气滞)and Tanzhuo(痰浊)are blocked in the blood vessels,resulting in poor blood flow,Qixue(气血)inactivity.Qizhi,Tanzhuo,and Xueyu(血瘀)are blocked in the breast meridian and cause this disease.The key to its pathogenesis is Qizhi,Tanzhuo,and Xueyu,so Shugan Jianpi(疏肝健脾),Huatan Sanjie(化痰散结),and Huoxue Tongluo(活血通络)are treating principles.The Ruanjian Xiaopi decoction(软坚消癖汤)is applied in treatment,with good efficacy.And cases were given in the paper.
