金黄膏外敷联合中药内服治疗下肢丹毒临床观察

Observation on treating erysipelas in lower limbs by external application of the Jinhuang ointment with internal administration of TCM medicine

目的:观察金黄膏外敷联合中药内服治疗下肢丹毒的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分成治疗组和对照组。对照组静脉输注青霉素。治疗组在对照组基础上给予金黄膏外敷,同时内服五神汤。比较两组的总有效率、实验室指标和临床症状体征积分。结果:治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组实验室指标(白细胞计数、C-反应蛋白)的改善程度明显高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),治疗组临床症状体征积分对比,对照组下降更明显(P<0.05)。结论:金黄膏外敷联合中药内服治疗下肢丹毒能够有效降低实验室指标,改善患者症状体征,临床满意度高。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of external application of the Jinhuang ointment(金黄膏)with internal administration of TCM medicine on erysipelas in lower limbs.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group.The control group was given penicillin intravenously.The treatment group was given external application of Jinhuang ointment plus the Wushen decoction(五神汤).Results:The total efficiency in the treatment group was significantly higher(P<0.05).The improvement of laboratory indexes in the treatment group was significantly higher(P<0.05,P<0.01),and clinical symptom and sign scores in the treatment group were more decreased than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:External application of the Jinhuang ointment with internal administration of TCM medicine on erysipelas in lower limbs can effectively reduce the laboratory indexes,improve the symptoms and signs,and have high clinical satisfaction.
