穴位按摩肩井穴对产后四月纯母乳喂养率的应用研究

Application of massage at Jianjing on breastfeeding rate at four months postpartum

目的:观察穴位按摩肩井穴对产后4个月纯母乳喂养率的影响。方法:选取本院产科200例初产妇,将其分成实验组和对照组,均为100例,实验组:产后两小时内即对产妇进行肩井穴点穴按摩10 min,并指导产妇及家属学习掌握,此后每次母乳喂养前进行按摩。对照组:未进行穴位按摩,正常纯母乳喂养的产妇。结果:实验组产后4个月纯母乳喂养率明显高于对照组;差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:按摩肩井穴对于产妇产后4个月泌乳量的提高具以及对纯母乳喂养率有积极作用。

Objective:To observe the effect of massage at Jianjing polnts(肩井穴)on breastfeeding rate at four months postpartum.Methods:200 primiparas were divided into the experimental group and control group,100 cases in each.The experimental group was given massage at Jianjing for 10 minutes.Results:The exclusive breastfeeding rate at four months postpartum in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Massage at Jianjing shows positive effects on the improvement of lactation at 4 months postpartum and the exclusive breastfeeding rate.
