混合痔中医护理方案优化思考与实践研究

Thinking and practical research on optimizing TCM nursing scheme for mixed hemorrhoids

目的:探讨混合痔中医护理方案优化措施及实践效果。方法:选择混合痔手术患者133例,按时间顺序分为对照组66例和观察组67例,对照组术后采用混合痔中医护理方案进行护理,观察组在对照组基础上优化中医护理方案并实施,比较两组患者术后并发症改善效果,评价患者对中医护理工作满意度。结果:两组患者除术后出血(P>0.05)外,术后疼痛、尿潴留、水肿、便秘症状改善效果及满意度,观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:混合痔中医护理优化方案,能明显改善术后并发症,提升护理效果和患者满意度,值得肛肠科借鉴使用。

Objective:To explore the optimization measures and practical effects of optimized TCM nursing on mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:133 patients were divided into the control group(66 cases)and observation group(67 cases)according to the time sequence.The control group was treated by TCM nursing after operation.The observation group was given optimized TCM nursing.Results:Except for bleeding after operation,pain,urinary retention,edema,constipation symptoms and satisfaction in two groups were better in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The optimized TCM nursing on mixed hemorrhoids was effective,can significantly reduce the postoperative complications,improve patients’satisfaction,which is worth reference for the anorectal area.
