摘要
陈鹤琴在特殊教育的理论建设与实践操作上开展了极具开拓性的尝试。他多次出国考察发达国家的特殊教育发展状况,并倡导特殊教育应当满足特殊儿童的教育需要。他主张由国家承担建设与管理特殊教育的历史责任,推进教育公平的实现。他的"活教育"思想则为当时历史背景下的特殊教育课程设计与教学实施提供了科学依据。陈鹤琴针对特殊教育领域所作出的思考与实践都有着重要的现实意义。
Chen Heqin made a pioneering attempt in the theoretical construction and practical operation of the special education field. He went abroad to study the development of special education in the developed countries for severaltimes,and he advocated that the special education should satisfy the educational needs of the special children. He proposed that our country must bear the historical duty of constructing and managing the special education,and promote the realization of educational equity. And also,his"living education"thought provided a scientific basis for the curriculum designation and teaching implementation of special education in that historical context. Chen Heqin ’s thoughts and practices in the special education field have important significanceat present.
